M - Mandatory for entry to the country - Applicable to Yellow Fever (and to Meningitis for entry to Saudi Arabia for the Haj)
Ce - For Yellow Fever, Certificate required to show you've had the vaccine if coming from an Endemic Country
S - Immunisation is SOMETIMES recommended as there maybe risk in certain parts or for a longer stay
R - Immunisation is RECOMMENDED, as the risk of infection is substantial
