2 Whilst we are very happy to provide medical advice for all age groups, the person using the service and contacting us, must be aged 18 years or over.

3 This service is not available to people living, working or travelling in the U.S.A., Canada, Australia, Israel, Hong Kong or Zimbabwe

4 This service does not replace that provided by your normal Doctor and you must not use it as an alternative to conventional assessment and treatment by a Doctor or other health professional. The purpose of "DoctorBackHome.com" is to provide you with the facility to contact the Doctor in the U.K. either by telephone or E-Mail if appropriate for medical advice.

5 It is not usually possible to issue a prescription. Appropriate medication may be available from a Pharmacist, but if a prescription is needed, you must contact your local Doctor.

6 Medical advice given by the Doctors of "DoctorBackHome.com" is based on the information given by you either over the telephone or by E-Mail. Obviously no physical examination or further investigations can be carried out and therefore it may not always be possible to reach a definitive diagnosis. You may therefore be advised to consult your own Doctor or a local Doctor for a further assessment of your problem and "Doctor.BackHome.com" accept no responsibility if you choose not to do so.

7 The advice given to you is specific to you and your complaint and must not be used to treat others or allow others to treat themselves, as this may be harmful to their health. 8 If you contact our service more than once, it is not guaranteed that you will be put in contact with the same Doctor and you may not request this to be so.

10 If you are contacting our service from outside the United Kingdom, you accept that the clinical practice in the country in which you are currently based, may actually be different from that practised within the United Kingdom. The information and advice given by the Doctors of "DoctorBackHome.com" is based on accepted clinical practice currently carried out within the United Kingdom and by proceeding with this service, you are aware that there may be these differences.

11 "DoctorBackHome.com" and the Doctors supplying the advice through "DoctorBackHome.com" are subject and governed by the laws of England and by proceeding with this service you hereby agree that any dealings you have with either of these parties will be governed by English law and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in respect of any dispute thereby waiving any right you may have to bring any action elsewhere.

12 We reserve the right to keep a copy of all consultations for future reference if necessary but patients' details will be treated with absolute confidentiality. A secure server will be used and "DoctorBackHome.com" will take all reasonable precautions to prevent any unauthorised person from accessing our files or tampering with our site but we cannot guarantee that these efforts will always be successful and "DoctorBackHome.com" and the Doctors supplying the service shall have no liability should this occur.

13 When we receive a request for telephone advice or an E-Mail, we will make all reasonable efforts to respond in as timely a manner as possible but we cannot guarantee how quickly we will be able to respond and therefore you should not refrain from seeking local medical advice or treatment should you feel the need to do so or if your condition should deteriorate whilst awaiting our response.

14 We reserve the right to refuse to answer any requests for telephone advice or E-Mail without any liability for such refusal and if this is the case, any consultation charge will be waived.

15 "DoctorBackHome.com" and any Doctors providing this service, will not accept any responsibility for a loss of this service through an Act of God, computer viruses, loss of telephone communication lines or similar situations which are beyond our control and similarly we can not accept any responsibility should the fault lie with your internet service, telephone communication lines or hardware.

In providing such links we do not represent to you that we have investigated the content of these sites and such information, opinions or recommendations they contain and thus you understand and agree that we cannot guarantee the accuracy of any such information nor do we necessarily subscribe to any such opinions or recommendations there enclosed.
